Fairly New, Stuck on Quest

Stuck on "0/40 Hellhounds" for invisibility Cloak + 1. I can't find them in Dungeon2. or anywhere in the dungeons. Did i miss them?

im not on that quest but do you know where to find Fire Golem in ruins of Arena???

I ended up skipping the quest. Now im stuck trying to figure out how to do my first Reset.
