HUNTING HOURS / HAPPY HOUR [Suggestion]

 *newbies can't hunt in Hunting Server because all the pros do all day is Hunt them everywhere so its a disadvantage for newbies
 *pros grab this advantages because they are already strong enough to hunt newbies while newbies can't fight back
 *put on some happy hour and hunting hours so this wont be abuse by the pro players they are already at high damage

Here is 1 tip to achieve hunt points easier. While farming you need to have inactive points. So going illusion temple and loot Stardust, exchange it later for inactive points in Kalima NPC is really good tactic. Thats how you bypass the risky battles to steal inactive points.
At 10, 20, 30 like JACO told, farm as much as possible to turn that inactive points into active.
