So, I'm almost at 200 RR without VIP right now. VIP characters get more points, right? If I reach 200 RR without VIP, will I have fewer points to add than a VIP account with 200 RR?

I've had this question for a few days, if anyone could explain. I've been playing MU since I was 16, but only older versions, maximum season 3, so everything here is new to me. I don't know anything, but I'm focused only on leveling up.
