I play MG and only MG but I will say SM is unbalanced. The problem is, SM doesnt have enough damage to kill anyone instantly, so the enemies have more chances to recover their SD, HP fully. In the long run, those classes who have better damage and defense will end up killing SM.
In CS, what SM can do is survive. My friend is considered top 1 SM but cannot do anything in CS. All other classes have buffs, SM now is useless unless you play SM in CS just to slow people down. As a MG with the lowest defense, even I can never get killed by a SM in CS, but I get to kill them all!
