Hi, I'm having trouble with events. I can't direct them from the event inventory, and all events are blocked. I can't enter Blood Castle or Infinity Castle, and I have tickets... In-game nickname: Arztd and I have problems with login

Could you take a picture of the NPC's dialogue box when you try to enter the event? Did you check if the ticket is for your level?
