[Problema] I can't log into the game

I've been having trouble logging into the game since Monday, December 15, 2025, but today I can't log in at all with any character. The screen says the connection to the server has been lost. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the issue persists. My nickname ME38. Please help!

A little bit the same problem for me.
After a couple months I've decided to start playing again,but after updating my app,after I reinstalled the app still saying "Connection error"
