Onde dropa skill multi shot?

Hello, I tried everything to upgrade my archangel weapon to blessed but I am not able too. Also tried asking in game for help but no one said anything. Also tried from phone, same issue.
Please help!

Hello, support. It seems my character has a bug. As you can see, my level is 1099 and I only have 199 points to add, and the ML level starts at 800, right? I should have 299 points to add, but as you can see, even if I reset, I still only have 199 points. Only this character is having this problem. I am almost 1100 and should have 300 points to add on skill enhancement.

1. Is attack speed capped at 1000/1000? Does it mean that adding more agility will only give me more Defense?
2 . Why there is no built-in Wizardy Dmg % increase on Staffs and Maces? What's the point of getting a better Staff if it doesn't give more Magic Damage?  Example from a different server:


3. What does [Ruud] mean near map names? I was told it means that you can get Ruud on those maps. But how? I was afk whole night in Vulcanus and my Ruud didn't increase
4. What does [Gate] mean near map names?
5 . In what location is Great Golden Dragon? 
6. Is there any point of AFK farming normal maps like Karutan, Kanturu Relics?
7. Why are 200 RR players farming in  low level locations like Devias, Dungeon?

Se me desapareció los 4 chaos en la máquina , no me dejaba sacarlos , cerré sección y cuando volví a entrar desaparecieron
