If you hover your mouse on the little "?" it tells you how much "Experience Time" you need, so for 150rr = 14 days, you can see how much Experience Time you have when you go to the "My Account" page.

Maybe you have Anti-Lag enabled? F8 , then you can also try F9 F10 i think, there is some effect reducing options, but if not then I don't know, dont have BM :/
