Dear Support Team,
I was farming on the Hunt server on the 10th of this month. I went AFK for about 15 minutes, and when I returned to my phone, I saw that my account had been suspended without any explanation.
After asking around, some players advised me to check the website for details. The message states a 5.1 violation, which refers to macro hacking or similar activities. However, I have never used any such tools—I’m far too old for that! ?
I would like to understand why this happened, as I genuinely didn’t break any rules. Will my account be reinstated after a review from the admins? My friends and I have spent a lot of time and sleepless nights playing together despite being in different time zones, so this is very frustrating.
I am reaching out here because I previously contacted the Facebook support page regarding another issue (when I was scammed for all my MC). Unfortunately, I never received a response even after four months. I have also followed the proper channels by emailing the address listed on the website, but I have only received a "seen" status without any reply.
I truly hope to recover my account and continue playing with my team. Thank you for taking the time to review my case.

I didn't provided username/character name as I see there is integrated forum account with the in game account, in case there is no functionality to get account name i will be happy to provide it.
