TERMS OF ADHESION AND RULES OF THE MEGAMU PARTNERSHIP SYSTEM
This document establishes the rules, responsibilities, conditions of use, and penalties applicable to participants of the MEGAMU Partnership System, including streamers, promoters, and content creators (“Partner”).
By requesting access to the system, the Partner declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all the rules below, without exceptions.
1. INITIAL PROVISIONS
1.1 - Mandatory reading
The Partner must read:
- The official MEGAMU server rules: https://megamu.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=1161
- The Partnership tab, available in their account on the website panel, where participation conditions and earning percentages are described.
1.2 - Allowed Content in Broadcasts
It is forbidden to start, maintain, or classify a broadcast as a MEGAMU live while the main content displayed is not MEGAMU.
The streamer may not use the title, categories, tags, or any MEGAMU-related identification while displaying another game or content as the main focus of the live, aiming for monetization or engagement without actually broadcasting MEGAMU.
Nothing prevents the streamer from having other programs, windows, games, or content open in the background, as long as the primary and continuous focus of the broadcast is MEGAMU.
The live will only be considered valid for the partnership program when MEGAMU is displayed and played in the foreground.
1.3 - Panel tools
The Partner will have access to the following tools:
- Coupons
- Promotion Dashboard
- Twitch API communication system
- Internal tools (Tools)
Any improper, abusive, or fraudulent use will result in:
- Immediate suspension of the partnership
- Permanent ban of the main account
- Ban of associated accounts
The Partner acknowledges that the bonus system generated by the Twitch API:
- May experience instability
- May temporarily stop updating
- Is not controlled by the MEGAMU team
1.5 - AFK Live
Broadcasting AFK lives with the intention of farming hours, points, or benefits is prohibited.
Penalties:
- Automatic reduction of bonuses
- Temporary suspension of the partnership
- In severe cases, permanent removal
2. PRIZES, SUBS AND SHOP
2.1 - Donations
Donations made by viewers may not result in items, currency, or resources within the game.
Any attempt will result in immediate punishment.
2.2 - Subscribers & VIP's
Subs & VIP's may receive exclusive benefits related to the game, provided that:
- The benefit is previously configured
- It does not involve advantages provided by the server. For this purpose, only personal resources must be used.
Any item or resource provided by MEGAMU cannot be exclusive to subs.
It must be made available equally to all viewers.
Examples:
- Raffle 5K MC from your own account for subs:

- Receive a donation and give a reward in-game:
❌ Forbidden.
- Use a prize provided by MEGAMU only for subs:
❌ Forbidden. Must be for everyone.
- Points cannot be obtained through donations.
- The only valid way to obtain them is by watching lives.
- Subs & VIP's may receive extra bonuses.
It is mandatory to fill in the Description field with the name of the winning character for every prize awarded by the system.
3. Dashboard and Tools
Streamers and Partners have access to a panel with exclusive tools (Dashboard and Tools) where they can announce the live via the dashboard, transfer coins (no fee), and change the character skin.
- Maximum limit of 30 minutes every 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- It is forbidden to advertise third-party lives on the dashboard.
- Restricted-use tool, to be used only for LIVE-related actions, such as prize delivery and events.
- Access to the Dashboard is granted according to the streamer’s progress in the partnership system.
- Misuse of these resources will result in penalties, including warnings, suspensions, removals, and even bans.
This document becomes effective upon publication and applies to all participants in the partnership program.
