Olá, sou um jogador da China. Venho reportar um problema que ocorreu com as contas das minhas duas contas, ambas com 19 dias de MegaVIP restantes.
Em uma das contas, quando o personagem chegou ao 198º reset (198rr), o jogo passou a exigir o nível 400 para resetar. Consegui contornar isso participando de eventos e cheguei ao 200rr. No entanto, hoje, o personagem da minha outra conta, ao atingir o 188º reset (188rr), também passou a exigir o nível 400.
Essa situação começou a acontecer a partir de anteontem. Antes disso, a opção de reset em níveis mais baixos funcionava perfeitamente. Como no 188rr ainda falta muito para atingir o nível 400, vim ao fórum para reportar o problema. Informo que a conta do personagem 188rr é a mesma que estou usando para postar este tópico.
Por favor, peço que verifiquem e resolvam esse problema. Agradeço muito pela atenção!

Hello, I am a player from China. I'm here to report an issue that has occurred with both of my accounts, which both have 19 days of MegaVIP subscription remaining.
On one of my accounts, when my character reached 198 resets (198rr), the game started requiring level 400 to reset. I managed to overcome this by persevering with events and reached 200rr. However, today, the character on my other account also started having this problem upon reaching 188 resets (188rr), now requiring level 400 to reset.
This situation started happening the day before yesterday. Before that, the early reset at a lower level was working normally. Since reaching level 400 from 188rr will take a very long time, I came to the forum to report this issue. Please note that the account with the 188rr character is the same one I am using to make this post.
