Problem upgrading items to +10

Hello there!
I'm trying to upgrade some items to +10 in the "Other combinations" option in the Chaos Machine, using Talisman Of Luck and Talisman Of Chaos Assembly, but I can't..the "400x5" free space error appears (see screenshot).

I tried the "upgrade items" option too, but it only accepts the Talisman of Chaos Assembly and not the Talisman of Luck.

How can I use both talismans to upgrade items?

To upgrade the item to +15, it is no longer under the "Other Combinations" option, but rather in "Item Improvement." This option is exclusive for item enhancement, requiring the use of the Talisman of Chaos Assembly. The "Item Improvement Without Talisman" option removes the requirement for the Talisman of Chaos Assembly. In the event of an item loss, it can no longer be recovered through support, as you are aware of the associated risk. Below, you can see an illustrative image of the Chaos Machine menu with the "Item Improvement" option marked to assist you in locating it in-game.
