i tried to contact vial email but no one responce on me.. all my account is suspended i cant request refund cuz its almost a month that i top up! i spend a lot of money here!

You need to check if it was really a suspension, look at the exact message that is appearing to you, to see if it was a suspension or a ban, they are two different things. Temporary suspensions have the release date written on them, there are also security suspensions, everything is written on them.
