Modalert 200mg is sometimes prescribed by psychiatrists to treat mental health disorders that cause excessive daytime fatigue or drowsiness. Off-label, modafinil is occasionally used to treat depression, ADHD, or bipolar disorder, especially when fatigue or cognitive sluggishness is an issue.
