Character stuck in Event Square

Got stuck in event square ..can't move out ! It disconnects me...pls help I'm level 400

1. ¿Eres PK?
2. ¿Has intentado volver a iniciar sesión, es decir, cerrar completamente el juego e iniciar sesión manualmente? No es automático. Debes ingresar al juego en el área de nombre de usuario y contraseña e ingresar todo nuevamente. Debes eliminar la memoria de tu cuenta de los datos que se guardan e iniciar sesión automáticamente en el juego.
3. ¿En qué servidor estás iniciando sesión e intentando moverte a qué mapa? ¿Has intentado moverte usando el comando /m lorencia?
4. ¿Esto sucede en todas tus cuentas?
5. ¿Esto sucede en el servidor normal o en la nueva versión? Si es una versión nueva, ¿es PC o MÓVIL?

Buenas noche tengo un problema mi personaje se quedó pegado en el mapa URK MOUNTAIN no me puedo mover no se puede teletrasporta y me saca del juego ..

1. Are you PK?
2. Have you tried logging back in, meaning completely closing the game and logging in manually? It's not automatic. You need to go into the game in the username and password area and enter everything again. You need to clear your account's memory of the data that is saved and automatically log into the game.
3. What server are you logging into and trying to move to what map? Have you tried moving using the /m lorencia command?
4. Is this happening on all of your accounts?
