[Sugestão] Using Star from event.

Hi admin, hi eveyone,

I have a idea with using star from event. You can create a NPC to exchange star for reward, of course need 4x4 slot free in inventory for bless 50%, jelwel....

• What can be improved => it shorten time for player, now i see we need too much time for dropping star.
  
  
• Why would it need to be improved => i think we will have time to play another event, do another things in game.
