ITEM QUEST

Hello,
I have a question about quest item.
I have added 5 quest items (set Phoenix) to increase defense, but before and after The Scroll Master of Defense appear (It notices that your defense is inscreased) and  I press "C" button to check my status but I didn't see any difference on my defense. I wonder that does the quest of defense increment really work?

It works only appears when you use the command /hunt

So it's still WORKING, but I can't see it the C table and it only appears when I use the command /hunt right?

I have another question about seed "Block rating increase"? How does it work? and does that seed work on PVP?
