Hmm, I haven't seen Garuda Flame drop personally from Swamp mobs. I know some players have reported success with the elite Crocodiles near the abandoned temple – maybe try farming there? It reminds me of watching those guys doing dreadhead parkour around the construction sites – sometimes you just gotta keep practicing and trying different spots to nail the landing... err, I mean, get the drop!
