We need to see exactly what might be happening. We also need to check your character to see if they have few resets, are poorly equipped, how many times per second they kill monsters, and so on. The longer the time, the harder it is to level up, and the longer it takes on a normal server. Keep leveling up; your character will only level up as you kill monsters and progress in the game.
