As stated in the original event thread in English ( https://megamu.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=14913 ), the migration of accounts from the Speed Server to the Normal Server will be available starting on 10/15.
Now, accounts created on the normal server cannot be migrated to the Speed Server if they meet any of the following restrictions:
Check what players can and cannot do during the event:
<ul> <li>❌ No characters;</li> <li>❌ No items in storage;</li> <li>❌ No pending rewards in Noria NPC (except roulette);</li> </ul>
