Hey! Great questions. From what I can see in the images, the Divine staff does have higher base damage, which makes it appealing for PvM ragdoll hit where raw DPS matters. However, the Holyangel staff often comes with better overall stats like excellent options, socket bonuses, and possibly better scaling, which might explain the higher price and its value in PvP where burst and effects matter more. As for the additional damage glow effect you're asking about, that typically comes from either socket options, excellent options, or possibly combining with jewels like Jewel of Life or using a Chaos combination.
