no MU Global esses são mesmo os valores padrão da Archangel's Will - Blessed. No MegaMU, se não me engano, eles mantêm algo bem parecido, mas pode ter pequenas diferenças por causa das configs do servidor. Já testei em PT e parece que dá esse boost sim, principalmente o +200 de dano mágico/físico.
