I tired to make level 1 wings today and had 4 or 5 different combination fail at 100%.
If I put in a chaos weapon which is the minimum +4+4 and jewel of chaos, the success rate is 19%. I made a bunch of lesser stones and made every combination at 100% and they all failed.
So I'm really confused.
