you can get some from the Sealed Gold/Silver box combined with Gold/Silver Key
Sealed Box are drop from random monster
Keys can be obtain from Gold/Silver Medal drop by monster (Devias would be good to farm them)
Once you got a box and medal drop the medal and it will turn into a key
go to Noria to the Chaos Machine and Combined the Sealed Box and Key (Silver + Slver / Gold + Gold)
then you drop the box to get a random item.
