The event "Uruk Attack" is similar to "Devil Square", it is an event for up level.
When the message appears in the global chat (in the middle of the screen) where the event will begin, just talk to the NPC that will appear in "Crywolf". At the cost of 50 Mpoints, you will go to an external Uruk server, just search for a spot and up.
