Cannot upgrade Blessed archangel scepter

Hello, I tried everything to upgrade my archangel weapon to blessed but I am not able too. Also tried asking in game for help but no one said anything. Also tried from phone, same issue.
Please help!

EDIT: My weapon is +15 and full option

Hi, you'll need to go to the workshop and remove the +28 life bonus and replace it with only +16 for the chaos machine to recognize it.
