App crash when entering BC2

Hi,

my character name is horokew
yesterday @ 2:25~2:30 server time
I crashed twice when entering BC2
the 1st crash it downloaded the map to about 15% before crashing
the 2nd crash happened automatically upon entering

please help me resolve this bug and also refund tickets
