[Problema] in FULL SCREAN u cannot minize window,game closes.

Hello,wanted to ask our community and mb admins,my friend literally cant play with window mode,but in FULL SCREAN game cannot be minized,and when she alt on other aplications game just closes.Any tips? im pretty sure that almos everyone playing with full screan.btw monitor resolution and game resolution the same.Please help,thanks.
