[Dúvida] Question about meteor strike skill

Hello, i just want to ask if how can i activate the skill of meteor strike, i already did all  the requirements in need to activate it but still it says that i did not meet the requirements. I am currently at 3rd job (grandmaster) with 481lvl 147resets. I activated the skill meteor storm already. Thanks for your help

If you distributed your master level correctly, it should have been released by now.
