Account Suspension - aubibek - 03-12-2025 Dear Support Team, I was farming on the Hunt server on the 10th of this month. I went AFK for about 15 minutes, and when I returned to my phone, I saw that my account had been suspended without any explanation. After asking around, some players advised me to check the website for details. The message states a 5.1 violation, which refers to macro hacking or similar activities. However, I have never used any such tools—I’m far too old for that! ? I would like to understand why this happened, as I genuinely didn’t break any rules. Will my account be reinstated after a review from the admins? My friends and I have spent a lot of time and sleepless nights playing together despite being in different time zones, so this is very frustrating. I am reaching out here because I previously contacted the Facebook support page regarding another issue (when I was scammed for all my MC). Unfortunately, I never received a response even after four months. I have also followed the proper channels by emailing the address listed on the website, but I have only received a "seen" status without any reply. First, understand the following, as we have already informed here a few times, as we also made very clear in the SUPPORT section on the forum, all the details about how the service works and the different means of support. Support is offered on different channels for different situations, and it is on a FIRST COME BASIS, with an additional delay in certain situations that require analysis, complaints without concrete evidence and among several different factors, all of this adds up to a longer delay and involves different sectors of the MEGAMU office, involving other professionals, which is why the message is seen and not answered, as it may have been forwarded to another sector and is in the waiting queue and may take a long time to be answered. This is detailed in the section I sent you and I think you didn't consider reading it there, but it is explained again here. About your violation. There are different types of punishments that range from TEMPORARY ACCOUNT SUSPENSION to PERMANENT BAN. If you only see a suspension message, this can take weeks or months. If you see BAN, there is nothing you can do. Punishment actions are not taken out of the blue, they are analyzed and subject to several detailed checks. Sometimes, more than one complaint is analyzed over the course of weeks. People think it was on the day or at the time x, but sometimes it was something that was done some time ago. There is no such thing as NEVER USED, because if we look at the system, if there are changes in the code and the system points out irregularities that prove the anonymous complaints that come to us, yes, you will be punished whether you like it or not. Your word is against what we find irregular in your account. I warn you that there is also no such thing as "SHOW THE PROOF" because the complaint is anonymous, the analysis is private, we do not show how it is done, we are not here to play around doing things, we take our work here seriously.
