Unfortunately it is an unsolvable error. MEGAMU's STAFF already tried to fix, but we could not understand how it works. Because of that, the reimbursement of the prizes is not possible.
It has happened to me a few times. If you're a superstitious person like me, try to traverse the entire map by killing the mobs. Right now I always do this and the error never happened again.
We can not reimburse the prize of the event because it has no guarantee that you would in fact be the winner, besides the invitation for entry to be free in Lorencia's bar.
