Olá,
Gostaria de saber se existem diferenças entre os itens "Ancient" e os mesmos onde é preposto "Excellent". Para exemplificar:
Agnisis's Adamantine Pants e;
Excellent Agnis's Adamantine Pants.
O item "Excellent" leva vantagem em algo?

Olá Sharpei,
Sim, o ancient quando se torna excelente (ao adicionar o option excelente nele pela Oficina Online), ele acaba sendo mais forte, pois além dos options do ancient, ele passa a ter os de item excelente também.
