Hey HAYBOY, I have some ideas to help you.

First of all check if your video drivers are up to date.

If you used to play then suddenly it happened:

1 - Desinstall Megamu
2 - Open the Windows Update it'll check for updates and will install the most recent version of NET Framework.
3 - Then reinstall Megamu, the latest version would be better
