The drop with all items ancients are normal, what you need to know is that due to the large variety of items and the probability of drop is low, have you tried to buy in the loren market?

i try buy in LM and post chanel. some body tell me never see horus pedant before maybe not drop on this game

Its not true. All drops of MegaMU are normal.
It is normal to happen that some items may be hard to find at one point and easy in others. This is a matter of probability.
Just look more in LM and try to buy in /post too. Good Luck.
