ES: el nuevo skill ruud del MG ''chaos blade'' no es afectada por agilidad/speed. No es un skill con CD asique deberia ser igual de rapido que ''Fire Blood'' o ''Power Slash''
PT: A nova habilidade Ruud do MG, "Chaos Blade", não é afetada por agility/speed. Não é uma habilidade com tempo de recarga (CD), portanto, deveria ser tão rápida quanto "Fire Blood" ou "Power Slash".
ENG: The MG's new Ruud skill, "Chaos Blade," is not affected by agility or speed. It has no cooldown, so it should be just as fast as
"Fire Blood" or "Power Slash."
