Please join the official MegaMU Discord and open a ticket—it’s very easy. Just go to the #ticket channel and click "Create Ticket"; a new text chat with your ticket number will open immediately. There, you should provide details about what happened and how it happened, along with your character's name.
After that, just wait for a developer to assist you and resolve the issue.
