Open a ticket regarding this issue; simply go to the ticketing channel on the official Discord and click "Create Ticket." A new text channel with the ticket number will open—just explain what you were doing at the time and provide your character's name.

Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do for you; try reopening the ticket and explaining your actions in greater detail, in a way that convinces the team to reconsider the ban.
