[Eng] [Server] Terms and Rules of the Partnership System and Streamers - guitavish - 12-14-2025
This document establishes the rules, responsibilities, terms of use, and penalties applicable to participants of the MEGAMU Partnership System, including streamers, promoters, and content creators (“Partner”). By requesting access to the system, the Partner declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all rules below, without exceptions. 1. INITIAL PROVISIONS 1.1 - Mandatory reading The Partner must, obligatorily, read:
1.2 - Allowed Content on Streams It is prohibited to start, maintain, or classify a stream as a MEGAMU live stream while the content shown in the foreground is not MEGAMU. The streamer may not use the title, categories, tags, or any identification related to MEGAMU while displaying another game or other content as the main focus of the stream, aiming for monetization or engagement without actually streaming MEGAMU. Nothing prevents the streamer from having other programs, windows, games, or content open in the background, as long as the primary and continuous focus of the stream is MEGAMU. The live stream will only be considered valid for the partnership program when MEGAMU is being displayed and played in the foreground. 1.3 - Panel tools The Partner will have access to the tools:
Any misuse, abusive use, or fraudulent use will result in:
1.4 - Twitch API System The Partner acknowledges that the bonus system generated by the Twitch API:
1.5 - AFK Live It is prohibited to stream live in AFK mode with the intention of farming hours, points, or benefits. Penalties:
2. Rewards 2.1 - Resources provided by the server Any resource provided by MEGAMU must be made available with a chance for all viewers, allowing a maximum of up to 2x advantage for specific groups (e.g., subs, donors, etc.). The reward must be delivered in full, without splitting, directly to the winner (it is forbidden to “break” the prize into parts to create multiple winners). The winner is recorded in the system. When delivering, it is mandatory to fill in the “Description” field with the reason for the reward, for example: “live giveaway”, “hide-and-seek event”. 2.2 - Streamer’s own resources Check the rules for when the reward/bonus is provided by the streamer: Open rewards: If the event is held openly, with an opportunity for all viewers, any item/resource may be used as a reward. In this case, it is allowed to provide up to 3x advantage for subs, donors, VIPs, etc. Recurring rewards or rewards targeted to a specific viewer: When the event is targeted to an isolated audience (e.g., subs, VIPs, etc.), or to a specific viewer (e.g., prize wheel, "points shop"), rewards are limited to the options below:
It must be used in cases such as: sub giveaway, prize wheel for a new subscriber, spin for a new VIP, points-exchange wheel, points shop, etc. In point-based systems, points must be obtained through watch time and/or other free methods. It is allowed to apply bonuses, such as 2x points for subs (always based on watch time) and a bonus when becoming VIP, but never allow points to be obtained directly with money. Occasional rewards targeted to a specific group: When the event is targeted to a specific group with a minimum of 10 members (e.g., subs, VIPs, donors, etc.), rewards are limited to the options below:
Only in this case is it allowed to run giveaways for groups of buyers of in-game MCoins packages. Important (allowed use vs. abuse) In all cases, these rewards must exist only as bonuses and entertainment, to keep the live stream active and generate interaction; they cannot become a recurring practice that looks like sales, orders, exchanges for payment, price tables, or goals with guaranteed delivery to the participant. Any dynamic that characterizes commercialization of items/resources (direct or indirect), or that constitutes a “guaranteed reward” in exchange for money/benefit, may be interpreted as black market, which is prohibited on the server and subject to administrative measures. In addition, avoid abusing rates/benefits for paying viewers (subs, VIPs, donors, etc.). Excesses discourage the general audience, reduce entertainment, and can harm channel growth in the medium/long term. 3. Dashboard and Tools Streamers and Partners have access to a panel with exclusive tools (Dashboard and Tools) where they can announce the live stream via the dashboard, transfer coins (no fee), and change the character’s skin.
