MEGAMU Partnership System Rules

This document sets forth the rules, responsibilities, terms of use, and penalties applicable to participants of the MEGAMU Partnership System, including streamers, promoters, and content creators (“Partner”).
By requesting access to the system, the Partner declares having read, understood, and fully accepted all the rules below, without exceptions.

1. INITIAL PROVISIONS

1.1 - Mandatory reading
The Partner must, mandatorily, read:
Lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt the Partner from responsibility.

1.2 - Allowed Content in Broadcasts
It is forbidden to start, maintain, or categorize a broadcast as a MEGAMU live while the content shown in the foreground is not MEGAMU.
The streamer may not use the title, categories, tags, or any identification related to MEGAMU while displaying another game or other content as the main focus of the live, aiming at monetization or engagement without actually streaming MEGAMU.

Nothing prevents the streamer from having other programs, windows, games, or content open in the background, as long as the primary and continuous focus of the broadcast is MEGAMU.

The live will only be considered valid for the partnership program when MEGAMU is being displayed and played in the foreground.

1.3 - Panel tools
The Partner will have access to the tools:
  • Coupons
  • Promotion dashboard
  • Communication system via Twitch API
  • Internal tools (Tools)
All tools must be used solely and exclusively for purposes related to MEGAMU lives and promotion.
Any improper, abusive, or fraudulent use will result in:
  • Immediate suspension of the partnership
  • Permanent ban of the main account
  • Ban of associated accounts

1.4 - Twitch API System
The Partner acknowledges that the bonus system generated by the Twitch API:
  • May experience instability
  • May temporarily stop updating
  • Is not controlled by the MEGAMU team
There is no guarantee of continuous operation.

1.5 - AFK Live
It is forbidden to stream live in AFK mode with the intention of farming hours, points, or benefits.
Penalties:
  • Automatic reduction of bonuses
  • Temporary suspension of the partnership
  • In severe cases, permanent removal

2. Rewards

2.1 - Resources provided by the server
Any resource provided by MEGAMU must be made available with a chance for all viewers, allowing at most up to a 2x advantage for specific groups (e.g., subs, donors, etc.).
The reward must be delivered in full, without splitting, directly to the winner (it is forbidden to “break” the prize into parts to create multiple winners). The winner is recorded in the system.
Upon delivery, it is mandatory to fill in the “Description” field with the reason for the reward, for example: “giveaway on the live”, “hide-and-seek event”.

2.2 - Streamer’s own resources
Open giveaways:
If the giveaway is done openly for all viewers, with a chance for everyone (allowing at most up to a 3x advantage for subs, donors, etc.), any item/resource may be used for the giveaway.

Targeted giveaways:
When the giveaway comes from the streamer, it is allowed to target exclusively specific groups (e.g., subs, donors, etc.). However, in these cases, prizes are limited to the options below:
  • Up to 2000 MPoints;
  • Up to 300 MCoins;
  • Days of MEGAVIP;
  • Box;
  • Rings;
  • Buffs;
  • Mounts;
  • Temporary wings.

Important (allowed use x abuse)
These giveaways must exist only as bonuses and entertainment, to energize the live and generate interaction; they must not become a recurring practice with the appearance of sales, orders, exchanges for payment, price lists, goals with guaranteed delivery, or an item “shop.” Any dynamic that characterizes the commercialization of items/resources (directly or indirectly), or that constitutes a “guaranteed reward” in exchange for money/benefit, may be interpreted as black market activity, which is forbidden on the server, subject to administrative measures.

3. Dashboard and Tools
Streamers and Partners have access to a panel with exclusive tools (Dashboard and Tools) where they can announce the live via the dashboard, transfer coins (no fee), and change the character’s skin.

  1. Maximum limit of 30 minutes every 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  2. It is forbidden to announce third-party lives on the dashboard.
  3. Restricted-use tool, and must be used only for LIVE-related actions, such as delivering prizes and events.
  4. Access to the Dashboard is granted according to the streamer’s progress in the partnership system.
  5. Misuse of these resources will result in punishments, which may include warnings, suspensions, removals, and even bans.
This document takes effect as of its publication and applies to all participants in the partnership program.
