for some reason i cant upgrade my items +10 up?
help please newbie on this server

You can’t use the Talisman of Chaos Assembly and the Talisman of Luck at the same time. Remove one so you can upgrade the item to +10. Remember that in this case it’s recommended to use the Talisman of Chaos Assembly, because if the upgrade fails the item won’t be lost. If you use the Talisman of Luck, the item will be lost if the upgrade fails.

inside on regular combination, still improper items, bug or not? in this case i did not use any talisman.
thats a +11 dragon helm, i did upgrade it on workshop, but there have a limit(+12 only)

The "Regular Combination" option is not used to upgrade the item; in this case, the "Equipment Reinforcement" option is used, as shown in the image below.
