Necesito evolucionar un set y una arma bloodangel pero esta +15 alguna solución

Lo más probable es que el sistema no te deje evolucionar equipo +15 directamente, salvo que uses un ítem especial del evento o de la tienda.

You must use the evolution material (Bless of Light or Stone, depending on the season) at the NPC in order to evolve the Blood Angel set/weapon +15.
