it says u get 7 days vip (with idk how i can check i have it) and you get beginner items on server 10. but i dont see a server 10? im confused. where do i go as a new player?

You've probably seen old server information somewhere that hasn't been updated yet.
About the 7-day VIP information, you can check it in your account information on the website, in my account.
About the NPC on server 10, it's on servers 11 and 12 now.
