Hello, I have a reset of 194 and I am stuck at level 396 and I cannot level up any further, I tried all servers and the problem is the same, I looked at the documentation but I could not find any help.

The last few resets are harder to level up. i recommend doing all XP events to reach level 400.

Thank you for your answer, but my problem is that the exp bar never fills up, exp comes but there is no progress in the exp bar.

The experience bar for Master Level gets stuck, level below 400 may just be a visual bug, the important thing is that you are gaining EXP, don't worry too much about the EXP bar. On MU servers it usually gets bugged visually only, the account continues to evolve normally if you are gaining EXP, which is displayed in the game interface.
