Good morning! My characters haven't received the MPoints promised on the website, including the extra points that were supposed to come with it. I've already reached the required game time, but no rewards have shown up in my notification box.
I've attached the logs below for your reference. Please let me know if there's anything else you need from me to resolve this.

Thank you for your response! If you noticed on the attached image that I received the 700 MP, but the Bonus MP hasn't shown up yet. From my understanding, they should be credited at the same time since I've already reached the required time for those points.
Could you please check this for me?
