What is the rates of chaos machine? Maybe near 15 times trying for wings lvl 1 on 90%, all failed?
Will it remain like this or been fixed?

Hi aubibek.
Having a high percentage does not guarantee success in creating something. And there is nothing to fix; you are trying to create with a low percentage. To reach 90%, several factors need to be considered, such as: the item being +15 with Bless/Soul, +28 Life, with the maximum possible adds, with Add Luck, and the amount of Bless and Soul used. You are probably using only a +4 +4 item and a Jewel of Chaos, expecting it to hit 90%.
