I thought the account in the mobile settings was deleted because of a character, which is currently preventing me from logging into the game. Please help me restore it.

Hello my friend, test the account again. Remember, that character with more than 50 resets will not be deleted, do not try to delete any character with more than 50 resets, it is not possible. Unfortunately, if there are no more slots on the account, you will need to create another one to create new characters.
