My character cannot claim reset rewards - sueee - 11-21-2023
My character is a Slayer. We have reached the 90 reset point. But at NPC Jin, you cannot receive mounts. Except for the initial panda ring and two bats. There were no mounts, and even reaching the level of reset rewards, MP was unable to receive them. Is there anything wrong with my account? Help!!!

Your game time also needs to meet relevant requirements

Hello, Slayer receives two bats and does not receive the "tibetton" mount, you can try to drop it at the EGG EVENT, with luck of course
