Estou tentando adicionar pontos nas passivas de debuff e não adiciona:

I have faced the same problem as Rougue. Although all the pre-requisites are correct, I can't invest MT points to the Debuff Enhancement Passive skills

Realmente não está dando para colocar os pontos nas "Habilidades Passivas dos Debuffs" conforme imagem abaixo, em nenhum das 4 opções abaixo também.
