Chaos machine is not controlled by client, it's visual only, if you disconnected, the server move it to inventory. If not was displayed maybe the combination was failed.
If the error is another please contact the support to check the logs of your account.

Esa respuesta no me soluciona nada! Yo cree mis alas y cuando las llevaba a mi inventario se bugeo! Espero al menos me devuelvan mis alas!

As I said the server has protection to prevent loss on chaos machine, so our support team need be contacted to check all actions that you do on chaos machine.
