Do you using the Lite or Full version?
Please attach a screenshot and try navigate to Menu > Settings > tap on Reset All Settings button

i tried it lite and full version it still the same you can't even log in somtimes this is the worst update ever

It was tested and is working properly in all platform.
You can try to follow my suggestion to reset settings or try to update from the App Store/play store.

The mobile versión are broken....
You can use teleport... move... change character.. offattack... change server...
Use one of this elements... and the game freeze.
You need close the game and restart this.. after that you can't see your items, skills, and the helper is reset... you need restart the game 3 or 4 times to can play.
Play in mobile turned in a nightmare...
The New version restart the setting, and i try play in full versión...

Problems continue...
1-Change server freeze the game (any times 5/10times)
2-Log in game and have inventary and skills empty (i check this in the last versión, release today)
3- Set offattack and the game freeze
