Hello , i keep getting disconnected from the game every 30 min , my internet is not a problem for sure because i have played other games online and i did not had any problems . Any idea why i'm having these problems ?

Now i can't connect at all , is there any problem with players from Europe connecting to the game ? it started today morning .
I uninstalled the game and download again but the same problem ....the website is the same i have a huge delay when i'm access it

please open cmd and type the following command: " tracert megamu.net " and try to enter the game again
